How to Sign up or Place an Order in your new VEMMA Website

1. For members that have placed an order or want to place an order to activate their business or want to see their VEMMA back office,  please request your unique log in and password detail  via a reply mail to admin@vemmasouthafrica.co.za
2. When you have received your username and  password  go to www.vemma.com and log in to your account by clicking on the Account Log In Tab (top right hand corner)
3. Type in your username and password and click submit!
4. Once inside, update your personal details and also change your passwords and website “handle” [the name that you want your (for illustration purposes only) http://name.vemma.com   to be for example http://susansmile.vemma.com] . Do that at manage my website. This is your unique website URL. Use it.  Send it out on your business card, your CD`s and all your marketing material, together with your other contact detail.

TO ORDER and PAY for YOUR PRODUCT

1. Log on to your  personal  Vemma.com website  Click on “Buy NOW”
2. Choose the amount of VEMMA PRE MIX you want to buy and >check out!
3. Register your personal details.
4. Agree to terms and conditions.
5. Create your own username and password to log into your VEMMA.com back office.
6. After submission you will receive, a Sales Order Number and a unique VID or Vemma membership number. On your Order Confirmation email, you will receive the payment and banking information. If by any chance you do not receive the email, go to www.vemmasouthafrica.co.za  and find the payment and product delivery instructions there.

PROOF OF PAYMENT:
Send all proof of payments to accounts@vemmasouthafrica.co.za. On the bank deposit slip, please include your Name, Unique Order Number and Cell phone number.

PRODUCT DELIVERY:  
Your product delivery cost is included in the price, so please ensure that we have your correct delivery address.
NB. It is very important to give us an address where someone will be able to receive it during work hours. For out of city centre or far off places it might be best for you to give us the closest Post Office where you can collect your parcel.
As soon as we have your proof of payment, we will despatch the delivery note to the courier company that will make a delivery to the indicated address. Deliveries will only be made during week days and working hours and you need to allow between 48 hours and 72 hours for distant places which are out of the main City centre’s.
